Synopsis

With the help of his friend Artie, Freddie is on the run after his dangerous affair with Ivy comes to the attention of her violent boyfriend. Freddie and Artie travel through the countryside searching for a way out of the city,  while Ivy seeks refuge with her friend Isla, where she recounts the long history she shares with Freddie - a bond that began in childhood and has now led to devastating consequences.

As the night unfolds, the past and present intertwine, revealing the weight of the choices they have made. When Freddie finally realises that his pursuers have caught up with him, he chooses not to reveal the truth to Ivy during their final phone call. Instead, he comforts her with dreams of the future they once imagined together.
